The gentleman at Mars are truly top-notch. They have great products and we’ve loved our cordless Riccar upright vac from the day we bought it several years ago. They keep it ship shape and are a wonderful resource for our neighborhood. Reasonably priced, very friendly and they know their products! You will not find this Quality in the big box stores.

I thought I would have to go out to Shenandoah, TX to get my Dyson 10 repaired. Located Mars online, went by, and found the owner and staff to be knowledgeable and ready to help. After diagnosing the problem, they told me they could get a fix for the vacuum. I left it there, and they even finished the work before expected. Mars Discount Vacuum did a fantastic job thoroughly cleaning my vacuum and it runs like new! The team was friendly, explained everything, and gave me great tips to keep it performing longer. Fair prices, quick service, and real expertise. Highly recommend and will definitely return!

I took my Dyson vacuum in for service and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The staff was incredibly kind, explained everything clearly, and the prices were fair and honest. You can really tell they care about their customers and take pride in their work. I highly recommend them!

Years back Mars repaired my father’s vacuum. Wasn’t super expensive and I totally recall how nice the owner was.
Recently I needed a small part for my vacuum. Upon arrival and speaking with the owner he informed me that the part was in fact lodged inside the hose. He said I’m going to fix this, he did …NO CHARGE.

I can definitely recommend Mars Discount Vacuum! I was looking for a high quality stick vacuum; the staff was extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I bought one and came back later for an accessory. I checked with them later for some bags to fit an old Eureka vacuum (that a family member hadn't been able to find) and sure enough they had those too. Great place with old school serv

MARS has always supplied me with excellent quality vacuums. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. I've been going to them for over 15 years for regular cleaning of my vacuum. Excellent service!!
