I have chosen Marquis at Lantana twice to call my home. The apartments are spacious but what makes this apartment community special is the office staff.
I just had the pleasure of meeting Jose, one of the maintenance men. He should be teaching customer service. His positive attitude and kindness were truly exceptional. He fixed a drawer in my kitchen and fixed a leaky pipe underneath the bathroom

We have lived here now for over two years and absolutely love it. The management staff is truly on top of everything complex related. The Maintenance team is phenomenal as well. The complex is clean, safe and fun, what more could you ask for? The location is great as well, not far from restaurants, shopping and grocery stores.

This apartment complex is a great place to live. The units are well-maintained, the staff is friendly and responsive, and maintenance requests are handled promptly. The community is clean, quiet, and conveniently located. Overall, it’s a comfortable and pleasant place to call home.

For the complex:
Great staff that goes above and beyond and is so fast to reply or help.
So clean. This complex is so well-maintained.
Uber safe. Police live on premises. Gates work 98% of the time—complex fast to respond to any and all concerns.
Quite. No parties or loudness. Very family-friendly.
Fast repairs.
Nice aminities.

This community is top-notch! The office staff Emily, Jenna and Danielle are so friendly and always ready to help. The maintenance team is incredible at responding quickly and fix everything perfectly the first time. Highly recommend living here! Truly my best experience at an apartment complex.

We were at Marquis at Lantana apartments for around 2 years and loved our stay. The front office staff are amazing, extremely helpful and attend to all queries promptly.
We loved our apartment which was spacious with ample storage and good room sizes. The community is safe and is located close to stores and schools.
The maintenance team are friendly and attend to issues promptly. Big shout out t
