Walked in today not knowing what to expect and Wendy was fantastic. She spent the time to understand our needs and suggested fantastic tile. We walked in not knowing what we needed or what to expect and we walked out with all of our selections and had a great experience.

When it comes to picking out tile- GO SEE WENDY AT MARAZZI!! She was a gem to work with. I was very overwhelmed with the process and she was so patient and kind. She made decision making much easier while also presenting all our options to us. I cannot say enough good things about her!

Working with Wendy was a wonderful, stress free experience. Her design ideas were amazing. She knew her tiles and flooring and could put a beautiful room together and still stay on budget!

Wendy was super great at helping me find the right tile for a bathroom remodel and is drawing out a design for the tile guy to follow. She also helped me think through some things regarding the remodel that were unrelated to tile. Also marrazi had great tile choices and a very nice show room!

They cant be bothered to respond to calls or emails about their defective products.

We talked in 10 mins before closing. Not a single person helped us. I locked eyes like like 4 staff members too. Then as we were looking around they locked up the doors behind us.

Ridiculous service at front desk. I waited over an hour for my order only for the forklift guys to tell me that my order wasn’t released to be pulled. Forklift guys even complain about the horrible service at front desk! The dark skin female even gave me an attitude when I asked about my order!!!
