I own a Maravilla home and the roof was not constructed properly. I have Spanish tiles that aren’t nailed down, a leaking roof, and lots of stucco and debris on the flat roof. The worst part is the horrible job done on stucco repairs which caused me to get my entire home repainted (out of my pocket). Worst home buying experience ever!

Beware of this builder. I’ve had multiple warranty issues with my Maravilla Homes property dating back to mid-2024—none of which have been fully resolved. The most serious is a recurring water leak at the master bathroom window that continues to go unaddressed, despite repeated requests and even photographic proof during monsoon season.

I could give 0 stars to this company if I could. It has been a nightmare buying a house with this builder since the beginning. They do not honor warranty, and missed a lot of our warranty list. Many other issues they attempted to repair more than once because it could not get done at first try. They attempted to repair our floor in our living room, and they filled our house and stuff with concrete

Worst experience ever. They do not honour warranty!! Many other issues they attempt to repair, they did unprofessional job and ended not fixing it properly. When it rains, water comes in through our garage. They “attempted” to repair, and still couldn’t fix it right. Maravilla homes😊 has went over the top with the features I wanted. They would keep me updated with the progress of the construction. The Maravilla team was easy to work with. They ensured I was happy with the house prior to turning over the keys.

Worst builder ever 2 months in new construction had a major leak submitted request 4 months later this people can’t find stucco. Super unprofessional save your time and money stay away!!!

My sister bought a house from this home builder and it’s been a complete nightmare. Here’s a list of items going wrong.
Windows leak water on the bottom sill into the home when it rains. Sealant is cracked and hasn’t been fixed.
Cabinet hinges were installed with Sheetrock screws and are coming loose. Paint is chipping on cabinets. Less than 10 months since she purchased home.
