WORST TILE CREW OUT THERE! Do NOT use them for any commercial job. Ezzard (the owner) I guess he goes by Charles too, doesn't know how to read plans and messed about $25K worth of work on 1 job for Pennington Commercial. Second job we used him to try and work off some of the damage from the first.... WORST IDEA ever on our part! He's now walked off the job and having to replace thousands of feet o

Charles and his crew did a wonderful job remodeling my kitchen. I was so pleased, that I hired them to do my bathroom and son’s room. Charles was never too busy to answer any and all questions that I had. I’m a single mom on a budget, so we’re not talking about a huge amount of money, but he worked with me like I was his most important client, and helped me to stay within budget! He worked with me

Worst experience with a contractor ever. He doesn't listen to customer and knows very little about construction. Trashed my house daily and only cleaned up when I complained. Even set up miter saw in living room sending dust everywhere . Backsplash fell off the first time they installed it. They did a Terrible job the second time and I guess I'll have to replace it myself.

Make it happen floors installed beautiful floors ceramics for my kitchen , front door entry and two bathrooms. I would refer them to any one needing a professional job on floor services. I also know a few customers that had previous work done and has lasted to this day without replacement or repairs, great quality work. Five Star and Five thumbs up!!!

They did a great job of flooring at our office in Arlington TX. We always wanted to provide a neat, clean and healthier working environment to our employees that’s why ordered flooring services. They installed the best available material at our floors, which are easy to clean. Highly recommended

Worst job and experience I have ever had. Trashed my new home installing the floors. Got leveling cement under my carpet when installing wood flooring. Said they could refinish existing wood floor but could not, forcing me to get new flooring from them since they had already trashed my floors. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR FLOORING!

Charles and his crew did a great job on my master bath and hardwood floors. I chose him because he actually listened to what I wanted and didn’t try to change anything or upsell me.
