The maintenance team does a great job fixing up an old building. I moved in at the very end of January. It now appears that my total rent with water will be $250 more per month than my base rent of $1348. Total bill will be $1600. This 650 square foot old apartment is not worth it. Undriveable cars are left for weeks in open spaces. Valet trash gets forgiven non pickups even though we pay $30

I’ve honestly enjoyed living here overall, which is why this is a little frustrating to write. The maintenance team has been great, always quick to respond and they do solid work. The front office staff has also been really helpful and easy to talk to. I’ve never had issues getting things handled, and that’s something I really appreciate.

Tbh besides the proximity to everything and a nice office staff. I can't lie about the fact that this place is shit...I've been here 2 weeks only and the roaches aren't stopping. They say pest control comes in every 2 weeks. I've never heard of them being that ofter at an apartment complex unless they have an invasion. Everything is clogged and not working in the unit. José always takes the time to explain what needs to be fixed and makes sure everything is done properly. On top of that, he is very respectful, professional, and kind. I truly appreciate his dedication and hard work.
