Upstairs Floor Repair
Tried resolving the failed flooring repair with Israel from M.R. Flooring & Remodeling for over a year. Photos provided from the damaged water line which his team hit with a nail and wasn’t noticed until I went downstairs to see water from the ceiling, wall, and floor. The team then placed the repair coupling on backwards which cut the water flow throughout the house. Floorin

Israel helped me with two projects, one being my new vinyl floors and the other being the bathroom remodel. The quality, attention to detail, and hard work of the crew are second to none. Israel was great to work with and listened to our needs. However, it is how business owners respond when there is an unexpected miscommunication or things don't go as planned matters a lot. Israel was diligent in getting a minor issue addressed. Israel and his crew are amazing. I was going from 30 year old carpet to put in laminate wood floors. Israel came out several times with samples and we collaborated with a wood design for the bedrooms, closets, stairs and hallway...and a contrasting marble laminate for the bathrooms. I do dog and cat rescue so my home was a huge undertaking.
