We have 4 invoices overdue with Luxury Commercial Contractors since August 2025. After the last review I left we were told we would be getting paid on October 20th or 21st. October 21st gets here and there is no payment made. We email to see what the issue is and they say they will pick up check and pay online. October 27th gets here and still no payment they say that Fedex didn’t pick up check on

This company purchased thermostats on our behalf and then they returned them for us due to them being discontinued. There was a refund of approximately $25,000 and the company refuses to refund the funds to us. It has been 2 years. Do not use.

So easy to work with and so responsive! Had a few leaks that were from a past contractors mistake and Josh and his guys figured out the problem and were able to fix them very quickly. He has a great, trustworthy team! Will definitely be using again for any future needs!
