This review is sort of a silver lining. I originally ordered flooring from the Plano location and it was so completely screwed up that it didn’t even make me angry. All I could do was laugh. I had Very bad experience in Mesquite store in Texas. Victor was responsible for my bad experience. After they loaded my 10 boxes of hardwood I came home. I saw one box had severe damage on the side of the box. It looks like damage was done by their fork lift. I made a phone call and told Victor about the damage . He did not say anything. We bought flooring in 2019 from this store. We have two defective areas in our flooring now (2025). We have a thirty year warranty. This company has refused to honor the warranty because the previous owners (so I am informed) changed their name from Lumbar Liquidators to LL Flooring in 2024, and filed bankruptcy. After a year with luxury vinyl plank flooring, I can definitely say it is not as durable as advertised: we have planks with chips and deep scratches in several places. Customer service review still stands as 5 stars. Product...not so much. Victor provided excellent customer service and prices are very competitive.
