Our experience with the employees at the League City store was good. Everyone I spoke to on the phone there was nice and helpful, and I appreciate their good customer service. However, the quality of the LL Flooring product is awful, and that is the focus of this review:

Fredy is amazing! If you are looking for new floors he’s the guy to ask for!! He is friendly and knowledgeable. He really helped us out when my daughter was remodeling the house she bought and was on a budget. He helped her find something that looked amazing and stayed in her price range.

Margie was a huge help with items we needed to refinish floors in a 137 year old home. She's professional, knowledgeable and enjoyable to work with. I would recommend anyone interested in doing floors or those in the business to come check out this place. Gulf Freeway @ Hwy 96 close to Galveston. prices are unbeatable for good quality.

So I will start off saying this is not a reflection on the store in League City - everyone there was great. This is for LL Flooring as a company. Save yourself a headache and time and go somewhere else. I had my floor redone 3 times (first 2 partially and 3rd time completely).
