Purchased 3 boxes of Oak wood flooring and the flooring in two boxes was warped. Instead of taking the boxes back to the store I returned two planks from each boxes to show the manager. He was in a meeting in front of the store by registers. He was very upset because one of the girls asked if I could return/exchange the flooring? Oh I've been waiting to post this for months now! So my senior parents purchased flooring from LL flooring, they had issues from the beginning with the newly installed floor separating. We had a GREAT experience getting flooring for three bedrooms through Lumber Liquidators! The staff are very friendly and helpful, the floors look AMAZING and the installers they contract are EFFICIENT! We're definitely coming here for any other flooring projects and recommending them to everyone we know!

Topher is extremely rude and unprofessional! Doesn’t seem like he cares about his job at all! We went somewhere else so you lost our business. I will make sure everyone I know doesn’t shop here if this is how they will be treated. Thanks for making it clear where we need to shop!
