After an exhaustive search for hardwood flooring in our area, we were excited to discover Lumber Liquidators had reopened in Beaumont, Texas. The two employees Chris and Erica, and manager Paul were all very helpful. Their knowledge of the LL product was excellent and their showroom meticulous.

On 8/1/2025 i made a purchase at the Beaumont location, my sales person name was paul Stein this guy went above and beyond,he was very knowledgeable about my purchase. The five star rating is a understatement he deserves a hundred stars. I strongly recommend doing business with him he is awesome 😎

Great staff great location. And they were open on Sunday yes Sunday. We needed to purchase a floor for our home remodel and they had it in stock . The staff was very educated on the different types of floor and what was best for our job. We are also taking advantage of the professional installation. Thankyou Chris and Erica you both rock.

Excessively expensive and not helpful. My husband purchased flooring from here. We’ve had issues with transitions coming up and we had a guy from Lumber Liquidators come out to take a look and quote on fixing them. He said it was an easy fix but that easy fix was a quote for $1,000. When management heard, they wanted to help so they took “kindly” reduced the invoice by $98 which is still a sla

We are very disappointed with the customer service. Our contractor recommended them because of the prices. However, the employees were no help at all. We did our homework and researched the flooring for weeks before purchasing. Asking the employees for answers to our questions was like pulling teeth.
