Unfortunately, the installation was so poorly done that I had to hire a separate professional to fix the work. I tried contacting the Amarillo location three times while the flooring was still under warranty but didn't receive the support I needed and eventually stopped trying.

They never delivered a purchase I made and kept making excuses on why it hasn’t been delivered. Every day it was going to arrive but never did. Submitted a return was told 7-10 business days still no refund. I called they said they messed up the return. So going on another 7-10 lumber liquidator days till I find out if I get a refund or not. I highly recommend looking somewhere else.

Amarillo Lumber Liquidators caused many problems. I hired them to install flooring in my Airbnb home. The 2-3 day job turned into a 3.5 MONTH job. Taryin is always extremely helpful. We buy a lot of flooring and he’s very knowledgeable on the products, the inventory, and is ready to make the right recommendations. When we need something in a hurry, he always knows what’s in stock and gets us in and out in 15 minutes or less each time.

My husband and I were very impressed with the associates who assisted us at LL Flooring. Daniela and Sarah are very knowledgeable as well as gracious and helpful. Prices were competitive for a good product. The store manager needs to train employees of other businesses in customer service!

The purchase of the flooring was professional and smooth. However the install is much less to be desired.
