Roy Perez was an amazing builder. Always attentive to the design requests, listened and gave many suggestions. Our home looks fantastic. Very pleased with all the different trade workers. I am so happy I went with Roy and LTR for our new home. There is a lot that you have to do when it comes to building a new home but Roy was so patient and attentive. Regardless of how many other projects he had going he always made time to answer any questions we had. I appreciate how he always kept us in the loop with everything! LTR construction is second to non. Roy and his group of guys are extremely dependable, honest, and fair. Roy the president of company is real big on customer service and will go to far lengths to make sure your totally satisfied. We are very pleased with the way Roy handled our purchase of our first home. He was prompt, friendly and very knowledgeable. He followed up on any and all concerns. He was our advocate throughout the process. We love what we purchased...but if we were in the market to purchase or build again - we would not hesitate to go with Roy at LTR construction in the future again!

The absolutely bottom of the barrel! The rudest employees I've ever talked to. The man in the forward with the LTR on the back of his window was the worst employee I have ever had work for me. Zero stars run run far away from this horrible horrible company!
