Lowe's does not honor their own policy. They told me the item only has a 48 hour return policy and the customer care department do nothing to help.

Heaven forbid you actually need help in this store!!! The likeliness of finding an employ is like finding a needle in a haystack😡. I even spent 4 minutes of the phone with it just ringing to try and reach customer service to get someone finally sent to help!!! This place is a complete joke 😡😡

The customer service here is crap. 3 times in 3 weeks I’ve had to wait 30min+ for some help for a special order item pickup. Came in today to pick up a door and it’s someone new-ish at the counter (who I don’t fault for this at all) who couldn’t figure out how to look my order up initially. Buying the fridge itself was not the issue — the problem was what happened after. I purchased a brand-new refrigerator and was told I had 48 hours to exchange it. One day after that window ended, the freezing element failed. Lowe’s sent a technician who confirmed the failure, but because I was just outside the exchange window, I was denied a simple exchange. Just go to home depot. I gave this store many chances and too much money. From plywood being marked incorrect sizing and nobody understanding it to an unbelievable hastle of hunting down someone to open a case to the absolute nightmare that is an understaffed checking out process, the final straw was an online order for an in stock multi tool. Great selection. Problem is , I was sent on a goose chase looking for pegboard hard. The kids sent me in a goose chase. Really! 15 minutes looking at ever item on two isles before I made him ask someone else.
Untrained reps. He should have walked me to the product and verified that I found it. THAT is customer service.

It's conveniently located but This place is always very disorganized. Finding anything in the plumbing section is always a scavenger hunt as it doesn't seem like anybody takes the time to keep it in order. I've started going elsewhere to save on the hassle
