for the last 11 years I have been buying appliances a the local Lowe's store on Broadway in Tyler, TX. Three years ago I purchased a Maytag Dishwasher that recently it stopped working. Since I purchased and extended warranty I went onto Lowe's Protect website and filed a claim.
Claim number 26000409837 was issued and a contracted service representative came out a week later. Really, seven days

Lowe's most probably does have whatever you are looking for if you are trying to fix your home, but finding something in the store can present a challenge. For one, despite prevailing logic, the very high number aisles are in the very front of the store(e.g. 53 thru 68), while the lowest number aisles are in the middle section of the store. My son and I love going here for the Kids DIY workshops, on the 3rd Saturday of every month. My son is half way to earning his tool bag, and has enjoyed getting all the member perks so far. We have attended a few times, and only once we're they not set up. I hope to see the lowes workshop set up upgraded, with games, snacks and photo ops.

Purchased Large LG washer & dryer.
They did Not fit my dryer vent correctly & left with it gapping holes around vent. They came total of 4 times & the men that came the 4th time had it fixed in Less than 10 mins!!
I will not make that mistake again!! What company Allows that to happen to a customer that purchased 2 expensive products??? Plus you can never speak to the manager of the store. I tried

Do Not use Lowes Installation - I had 1 guy show up to replace an Over the Stove microwave. Within 4 minutes he insisted he couldn’t do it because some trim was in the way and 2 holes needed to be cut out of cupboards. He only said- do you want me to leave the new microwave. I called my husband to ask him. The installer interrupted me five times within the one minute it took my husband to answer.

After requesting a delivery time days before delivery was told it would be delivered while I was at work. Then said they couldn't change delivery time now that it was set. Completely ignored my request and pretty much said forget the customers request we do our own thing. Can't receive any help in lumber but when we started loading the lumber ourselves they said we couldn't do that. Terrible custo

This establishment has the worst customer service. I walked in to pick up an online order and instead of being greeted and asked if I needed assistance, I was pointed to the kioske.
