I had one of the worst customer service experiences at Lowe’s – Sugar Land location.
I went in personally to confirm that my items would be delivered on time. I paid an $80 delivery fee specifically for next-day delivery. The following day, I received a call saying my delivery was moved to the day after.

The employee at checkout were no help at all. No bags were available for one. Fine, can live with that. Then could not scan a piece of plywood. I was told to go back and get another. I already checked in my other products. They have no way to key it in. It was like they were not there to help at all.

The store is clean, well stocked and pretty much organized well enough to find what you’re looking for on any particular visit. I went on a Monday afternoon and there wasn’t much business as I could tell. This is a good thing because it appears they limit the amount of staff on hand. I bought a Pitboss portable grill as a gift for my sister. The order was placed online to be delivered to Sugarland, TX . The first delivery was out of the box failure so an exchange was placed and the non-working grill picked up on 1/27 and a new grill was delivered on 1/27. The 2nd grill was also not working properly upon start up so I took the grill to the store in Sugar Land for a refund. Tw

My husband and I love this Lowe’s! He’s a contractor so he’s there regularly and we are always helped by Rena at the pro desk. She goes above and beyond and she is the only reason we go as much as we do to this location. 10/10 service.

I bought a generator there, right before the cold days at the end of January, but it was too heavy that I couldn't unload it from my suv, so it stayed there for about week, then I went back to return it.
They told me that too many days passed, and that I only have a couple of days if I wanted to return it.
I spoke to the manager, he say to unload the generator and bring it to the store to see it

I love this store. It is clean and the employees are always willing to help. I just bought a washing machine and even the delivery crew was really good. They did a superior job installing everything and running the cycles to check that both water lines were running. I would go back and buy appliances again here compared to Home Depot and Best Buy!!
