I'm a clueless first-time homeowner, and the time has come to make some basic repairs around the house. I'm always stopping at different Lowes all over San Antonio and my experiences are typically lackluster or frustrating because it's so hard to find someone to answer my questions.

WORST LOCATION.
Came to pick up an online order, kept delaying, delayed for two weeks and when it was finally ready for pickup they gave us the wrong one.
The box was not labeled so when we opened it and put it together the canopy was the wrong size, they gave us a 5 x 7 when we ordered a 12 x 20! It was for an event that same day and when we came back they didn’t even try to mediate the situation

No service? I have asked three associates to call for assistance in the paint section. I have been here for over 20 minutes. I just need a can of paint mixed. I would do it myself if that was an option. There use to be a ringer attached to this pole to call for assistance. Then somebody would have to come. But I assume they just took it off so they do not have to answer any calls. I did come here

My elderly parents purchased a refrigerator over a year ago and have had to have it serviced twice since. Two days ago it got “fixed.” Yesterday morning everything was melted again. I decided to help because they were getting the run around by Lowe’s and Assurant. I have since found out they were charged for 2 warranties at the time of purchase. Went in to buy a dryer on 12/14 to purchase a dryer, opened a line of credit bought a dryer and delivery was scheduled for next day monday....Monday comes they drop off dryer and it doesn't work. They pick up dryer drop off another and that one doesn't work.....cone today they were suppose to come pick up defective one and drop off new one....tell me why they didn't come with a new dryer. Pathways are crowded but they almost always have what I need. I guess Lowe’s has a new thing where an over eager employee now helps with self check out. However, since Lowe’s has forced me to use self checkout without assistance for a decade I know how to use the registers better than the employees. So they went from no help to so helpful they slow me down. Just stay out of the way until I ask for

Online order package was delivered to wrong house. Never received it. Been two weeks trying to get a refund and no luck. Store manager will not answer phone and keeps avoiding my call. No one seems to know anything at this store and customer care.
