Although we had issues for the last 2 days that were caused mistakenly by an employee at Lowe’s. Management did an amazing job and made our situation right and then some. I will never shop for appliances anywhere else but Lowe’s. I have been going to Lowes for years. I just moved here and went multiple times to get some hardware. The shelfs are completely empty and people just walk in and steal. I literally saw it happen right in front of me. When i let management know they shrugged and blew it off. I have no desire to ever come to this location anymore. My Mother In Law purchased a brand new washer and dryer. Didn’t work after the first load, called and explained the situation.Blamed the manufacturer and made her call then to fix. Faulty mother board. No customer service! Lowe’s is definitely going down hill for sure!!! Don’t buy any appliances here. Pay a little more and get better service.
