Lowes curbside is non existent I placed a 3 item order at 8am and understood it would be ready in 3-4 hours but I never received confirmation that it was ready, after waiting 7 hours I figure go up there and see why my order was delayed. I go in and one of the workers point to pick up which I had curbside. So I meet with Jesus and he tells they been busy and couldn't get to it .So he goes and grab

Unreliable & Unprofessional. Ordered Same Day delivery. Waited for my product until 8pm, they changed it to the next day with a 12 hour delivery window. Somehow, 12 hrs isn't feasible for Lowe's to deliver my items, as they just rescheduled my "Same Day Delivery" for a second time. It will now be 3 Days for me to get a delivery from my local store that is 15 minutes away. That is ABSOLUTELY RIDICU

Love Lowe's! From Christmas Trees in November to plants in March & everything in-between! I have a lot of projects coming up & did my first couple today. Thanks Lowe's team! Y'all are awesome. I planted some pretty plants, Hibiscus, (not shown)-thornless Blackberry bush, & a Hardy fig.

Recieved a gift purchased from Lowes Website. I dont have a use for the item so i went to return it for store credit or exchange for something of equal value and was told i needed the receipt. I went back with receipt and now they still will not return item. So i called to talk to manager and was hung up on. called back 6 times and was hung up on repeatedly . Horribile customer service. YALL S

Stores clean, nice place to pick up what you need for most medium to small projects..
I usually use this store when I get bored and want to find something to do. I'll walk around looking for ideas, staff is hit and miss on who's going to help you in a timely manner. Other than that you will usually have a descent shopping experience here

I went to buy boxes and was not able to find them in the aisle. There was a employee named Victoria who went extra mile to help me. She moved many boxes to find out the one which I needed. I saw it was not easy task. Really appreciate her efforts near closing time. I give her 10/10

The Port Arthur Lowe's has the worst customer service. If you can get someone to help they always have to find a manager. And every time it takes forever and the manager is doing nothing but standing around. Then your told they can't match online prices. But I can drive to Baytown and they can do what Port Arthur store told me they can't.

Took a few minutes to get my order loaded, but that was expected because it was a large amount of lumber and concrete blocks. The guy from online orders and the guys from lumber department did a great job loading the trailer properly.
