Waiting at isle 29. Asked for help 3 times. We wanted to look at the EGO weed eater. Can you believe the not so good customer service! Waiting patiently. Not a freaking sole came. Why. I shop here all the time great service I run a man camp now so I shop here and get a lot of washing machines and a lot of our parts I was there yesterday buying stuff I was short a couple dollars on some snacks and the manager lady paid the other $3 for my snacks I told her she didn't have to do that this people are awesome service really recommend shopping here they go above and beyond great serv

Bought a 1x 4 (paid in advance before it could be cut and I get that) I was told go to the back and someone will cut it for me. Get to the back no one to be found. I walk back to the front ( 2 or 3 minutes later) the lady said “ I was about to call someone “ like they should have happened the moment I paid for the board and was sent to the back. Amanda the head cashier at customer service is horrible. I called and simply asked for a manager, so I can get my tax forms, and she continued to tell me that they were busy. I told her I don’t mind waiting on hold but she persisted that they were too busy. She then hung up on me. It’s almost impossible to get a hold of anyone if you call.

I was looking for affordable reliable lawn mower. A couple of people walked by with the lowes vest. I asked about the price and reliability. Trent quickly stepped up answered and loaded it for me. Took to register and blessed me with a discount as the box was dented. It was a big deal for me I have avoided getting a replacement even though have needed this whole season.
