Worst experience I’ve ever had with Lowe’s. There are no lumber carts in the building. Asked the pro desk where a cart would be. And they gave me Attitude and would not get out of there chair to help me. Once I found one. I parked my cart with a bunch of lumber on it while I ran to the screw isle and when I came back all my material was put on the floor and someone stole the cart. I just left

They won't honor pricing drill on sale but they wouldn't sell it for that price showed $169 they wanted to charge $269

I buy here out of necessity, not preference. Help is given grudgingly. It's always such a long wait to get someone to help you load an appliance. Slightly cleaner and better stocked than Home Depot, but still always manages to be a difficult experience.

Was trying to purchase a item that was on the top shelf. Went to service desk where their was 8 employees. Finally someone acknowledge my presence and called for someone to assist me on aisle too 20 minutes later, nobody showed up. I went and found 2 other loads. Individuals that were standing there talking. I asked for assistance again. They called over the speaker again. Nobody came 30 minutes

Do not buy from this store, just bought a dryer and didn’t come with a power cord and didn’t have that up front when buying. Talked to a “manager” who was completely rude and no help. Won’t buy from Lowe’s again, get your stuff at Best Buy, way better customer service. I will never shop at Lowe’s again.

I strongly recommend avoiding online orders; my experience has been extremely frustrating. It’s often quicker to visit the store in person, even if it means spending hours searching for what you need. I recently ordered a toolbox and waited six hours for it to be pulled and confirmed. When I arrived, I spent another hour waiting to receive it, only to end up canceling the order and grabbing it off

Store looks great!
Service is absolutely terrible.
Can’t get any help, employees ignore you, managers non existent.
Not as bad as Home Depot in Midland though, that’s a real nightmare.
I’ll keep shopping this store, but it needs some real managers.
