This is the worst Lowes I've ever seen. There's more employees standing around than Customers in the store. Every time I ask someone for help they tell me "they dont know" or "it's not their department" i tried to buy some wood stain and the guy told me that they don't carry it. But I clearly saw on the website they had 4 gallons of what I needed.
All the employees are just walking around playing

I purchased a window blind and they didn't inform me that it had been cut and was ready for pickup. The blind was damaged and out of stock. Even though they said they were going to order a new blind they didn't until I called to check on the status. I made multiple phone calls to Lowe's and was always put on hold for over 10 minutes.

Ordered a generator that was listed as in stock for pick-up the next day. Now updated to a whole week later. I went from prepared, to left holding an empty bag. Had I known they don’t keep accurate inventory, I would’ve sourced from a different vendor. As it is, I am now unprepared and too late to do anything about it. I really can’t describe the frustration of losing out on the opportunity to buy
