I placed an online order for curbside, i waited until after they said it was ready, I checked in 30min before I got to the store and I still waited an hour for them to bring out my items. Never use their delivery service.
They are thieves. We are remodeling our house and got a fridge delivered. Some of our tools went missing after their “delivery drivers” went into our home with no one present. I gave them permission to do so but I never imagined they would STEAL from my home. Management and corporate is just as bad, I called to make a complaint and was assured the Longview manager

Went to get tubing for my fountain. I asked 5 different employees where I could find it and I just got sent all over the store and No one actually took the time to take me to it . Saturday morning and not that busy . Frustrating when the store is huge and the walking around wears you out . I left to go to Home Depot
