I paid for this door in the windows and doors section of the store. When I told Jennifer, the lady that was assisting me, to hold the door until Tuesday when I would be able to pick it up, she said " Why are you buying this now? Come back on Tuesday and get it." Lowes has all the things you need to make your house better. They have tile and carpet and wood, tools, garden items and all kinds of fixtures and furniture. The store has a lot of decoration and cleaning supplies as well. The people are friendly and attentive. Clean store is run well.

Went to Lowe's a few weekends ago to get plywood to make a platform for the back of my truck. I had no idea that

I had such a great experience at Lowe’s thanks to one of their employees Jane ! They went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed and took the time to answer all my questions. Their customer service was outstanding — friendly, patient, and genuinely eager to help.

Stopped in Lake Worth Lowes tonight to get 3 - 4 gallons of paint. The lady behind the counter must not be able to multi-task. I stood there a good 8-10 min while she was doing something on the computer, walking around looking for something and she could not take one second to acknowledge me. I even walked around all sides of the counter to get her attention and nothing. Left without getting pain

I had my uncle purchase 10/3 copper wire.
The man pulled it, measured it, and labeled it 10/3.
Had electrician install it and noticed it was wrong. It was 10/2.
Went to “return” what they gave me but said since it was cut they can’t take it.
Ultimately I didn’t go to return wire I wanted what I paid for. But they kept saying they can’t not do that.
Don’t have workers in aisle they have no clue on

Self checkout, one of my items wasn't priced, and our gift card wouldn't work. The employee we encountered by the flooring area was kind and friendly, the one by self check out helped us with the gift card issue but seemed indifferent. I miss good customer service.

I placed an order for appliances. I wanted to change one product for another. The girl in phone aid she couldn’t do it so will get with manager when they came in. Took my number thinking they would call me when able to make change. Nope just canceled the order instead of exchanging it without asking me first. Now I have to wait till money gets credited back in my account to make the purchase.
