On 12-2-2025, my mother visited Lowe's with the intention of returning an item purchased within 72 hours. The original method of payment was Visa, and she expected the refund to be processed back to her card. However, she was informed by a manager that Lowe's has implemented a new return policy. I love LOWE'S but their phone now answers with AI that's not so I. Or perhaps we are not so intelligent since we spent 13min and 48sec trying to explain what we needed to a robot. 5min of that we were trying to get an associate. Once it even told us it did not understand what we wanted and to call back later, and hung up!
We did get our needs met once we talked to a good old fashioned employee.

Do not do an online order for delivery. Over the past few months, I’ve purchased 3 different items, over $5,000 in value. For each of those items, Lowe’s sent me a last-minute message that the delivery was being pushed out an additional 7 days…with no explanation. I canceled the purchase of each item.

Had a great experience! Juan took extra time to show us different quality appliances that fit our budget. We bought the whole kitchen set up from him. He took time to show me everything and explain the warranty’s and perks to each different appliance. Excellent job sir!!

I liked shopping here until tonight! I was in the gardening section and there wasn’t anyone out there but I felt something following me!! I could hear a pitter patter and see something flying in/out of the shelving. I get to the aisle and literally jumped out of my skin! This store has RATS!! And they had been following me from the shelves! Two or three jumped out I ran out the store so fast!! Not

Went to Lowe's to buy Fridge and Washer and Dryer. 3 people different info. Would not deliver or give us an option as it was a last model even though they would deliver washer and dryer.🤨🤔 first told us no warranty then 3rd person said we could buy warranty. All the while sticker on fridge said Delivery and Warranty option available.
Also did not sell can to semimount conversion light kit.

Hubby and I stopped to see the outdoor furniture and storage units. We were both impressed by the cleanliness and stock of merchandise they have on hand. The plants looked healthy. The staff was polite and very helpful. A.J. a team member helped us find exactly what we were looking for. So we'll definitely be back to this store and give him our business. His customer service was excellent.10
