My mom purchased a Whirlpool Washer Model WTW6157PW1/Serial CE3701159 and paid over $800 for delivery! The delivery personnel did not take the time to show my mom how to operate the washer!!!! This is a real problem and should not have happened like this! Whirlpool Customer Service is closed on Saturday and Sunday and now we are having to hold the start button for God knows how long. This NOT good

DO NOT do Lowes progressive leasing. They have no idea what they are doing. Got approved for $2250. Ok cool. Got an ac unit for $1,000. More than enough credit. Paid approximately $65 down payment. Then Lowes wants my husband to pay the remaining $900+ in full. Ummm that’s not how financing works. If it wasn’t an emergency cold freezing night, we wouldn’t be financing. Now we have a freezing night

An absolutely fantastic experience! The pickup process at Lowe's was quick and seamless. The staff was friendly and brought my items out promptly, making it a smooth & stress-free experience. The item was in perfect condition and ready when I arrived.

Nice employees, but it’s incumbent on you to check your items if you order for store pickup. I bought a six count pack of light fixtures, trusted that that’s what I’d get. Nope — box looked like some floor item that was clearly rummaged through and is short one light. Of course I didn’t check until the night before I’m supposed to install these. Buyer beware!

I went in to purchase over $10K in window treatments. No one could help me. An associate said “I know about windows but I’m going on break” and told me I could wait. I’ve never drove to Home Depot in Uptown so fast where I received exceptional customer service. This Lowe’s needs to close its doors at this point.

1 Star because why isn't there anyone around to help.? I searched for someone to help me find a piece for my kitchen sink and couldn't find anyone. I went to customer service, and they said the person was at lunch.

I bought some appliances 2 1/2 years ago for a house I was building. It is finally built, and when I went to install the appliances, I found that they had delivered the wrong cord for one of the appliances. I went back to the store and they refused to exchange it for the proper cord. I know it was 2 1/2 years later I get that but they still delivered the wrong cord and refused to make it right the
