I stopped by the new Lowe’s in Celina off Preston during their soft opening, and I have to say—it was a surprisingly great experience.
There were sales associates everywhere asking if I needed help. I’ve been in Lowe’s at least a thousand times over the years, and I’ve honestly never experienced that level of attentiveness before. I’m fully aware this level of staffing probably won’t happen again

I had a great experience today at Lowe’s in Celina! I purchased a washer and dryer, along with a few other household items, and was truly impressed by how kind and hospitable the staff was throughout my visit.
From the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted by a young man working with the power washers at the front entrance. Madison and April were quick to acknowledge me in the appliance depart

Best experience I’ve ever had at a store period. I was building a cross for my wedding and Peter and Ramsay not only helped me create a plan and get supplies but they also helped me construct it in store! Will be a loyal Lowe’s customer from here on out!

Arrived 11 min before closing. As we walked in I was told that the store was closing and that it would be better if I came back tomorrow. I said I needed a couple of items and I would be quick. The guy working lumber told me to hurry or we would be locked in. We left and when I started my truck to leave the clock showed 8:57. So much for customer service!!! I’ll just drive to home depot

We moved in just before the snow storm and are so happy that this Lowe's was open! They had just about everything we needed and the associates were so friendly and helpful.

This is one of the best Lowe’s I have ever been in, The organization is top-notch, the cleanliness is perfection. Also, everybody is so friendly and very helpful. To who ever is in charge of that store, please continue the good work 👏👏👏

I called the place about an air compressor that was less online harassment air compressor for $99 online. It said that they had some in stock so I called before I go there to make sure they had it and they told me they had none I said can I come inside the store and order it online? They got all upset with me telling me no I can’t and it’s not $99. It’s more than that it’s full price I said so you
