They double charged me for some air filters and refused to help over the phone. It was just $10 but still. Could be more careful scanning items. Now I have to go into the store, the associate on the phone told me they need to “check the cameras “ for a return of $10 lol wow

The staff are very helpful and always polite if you need help locating a specific item. My favorite section of the store is the garden center! Great selection of flowers, herbs, vegetables, etc.

Ordered 3 doors from this store and have had a terrible experience. Delivery of one door has now been delayed on 3 separate occasions, and I can’t get a return phone call from the store manager. They have done an absolutely terrible job of managing my expectations, and I have seen delays and a lack of customer service at every turn.

This Lowe's Home Improvement store location is convenient for me and easy to access with two ways to get in and out. It is always fully stocked and this past visit noticed apparel sold in front of the store. They also added Halloween decorations and some are rather huge and new offerings like products from Disney's Haunted Mansion and Netflix's Wednesday.

Not honoring your own website's pricing in stores is nuts. No, I don't want to put back the item, get out of line, then order it online and go to customer service to pick it up. I'll just order it from Amazon.

Participated in their buy-one-get-one free paint sale only to be denied the rebate several months later. Out several hundred dollars with no customer service support and a phone number that goes unanswered at the rebate center. Be very careful with any sales here

Worst install experience - do not use their service. Waited almost a month, stayed home for install and the day of installer says “they cannot find the dishwasher.” Chatted with bot for 30+ minutes without help. Ridiculous.
Followup - spoke with the Lowes install folks 1/21/26 who indicated they've "had problems with the installer." Was to receive a call back to reschedule but did not. Called tod

Oof, it's so hard to get assistance and literally trying to order one item and get my "Pro CC" $20 delivery fee and apparently there is no employee that is properly trained enough to help with a single sku online order. You call and you can literally drive to the store and place my own order in the system. As an ex employee this is so crazy. Why do I own this stupid card anymore, now I am thinking
