I’m not one to normally complain, however the room service I received was bland at best. Based off the hotels appearance and being my first time, I was expecting nothing but the best. Clearly I was wrong. It’s crazy to say the average McDonalds burger has much more flavor than what i received and for a quarter of the price. If you stay enjoy the views and scenery but do NOT order food.

Aaron the paint manager was amazing! He was super helpful and friendly! I made a purchase the day before and he was able to help answer questions and talk me through a project and gave some really good advice! I so appreciate his help!! It’s so nice to be able to go into a store and talk to a person that is knowledgeable.

Jeff is THE paint guru. We brought in some chips and he told us exactly what we needed for touch ups. Saved us money with a smile. If this is the customer service standard here, you can’t go wrong. They assisted with our move and I felt so secure getting everything I needed. They’re making home improvement feel like going home.

As my husband and I walked through the store, we we were greeted kindly multiple times. Each employee we passed, asked us "if we'd found everything were looking for" and the positive attitudes were welcomed. You can tell their whole staff was motivated, positive and helpful. Not all Lowe's has this level of hard working, positive employees. Kuddos to the management for training them so well!

Customer service here is awful. These companies don't want to pay employees anymore. I am so tired of everywhere being chronically understaffed. I had to ask the service desk to page an employee to the paint counter 3 times. It took 30 minutes for someone to show up and when he did, he was chatting with a customer about another job opportunity for a good 5 minutes before he actually turned his att

I did curbside pickup and when alerted my order was ready I drove to Lowe's and pulled into lane 1 pickup. Checked in and 15 minutes later tge app updated and said thank you for your patience and after 30 minutes I called the store and they didnt even know I was there. Thats an issue they need to correct

Today I went to Lowe's Home Improvement in S. Arlington on West Arbrook to buy garage door insulation kids, as there was no stock left on the low shelves. So I had to ask the staff at Lowe's to help me pick up items that were on the very high shelves. The way they work is very slow and slow and

Spent a lot of money at this lowes over the past year. went to exchange 1 bag of shingles all accounted for and the assistant manager kenny or Kenneth tells me that they cant exchange/refund 1 bag of unused shingles because the package is opened.
