2 stars only because the person I spoke with was polite. I asked this person if they worked there since this person was wearing a company hat. They said yes but not on the floor but I’ll call someone. Which I heard they did.
1 star on customer service though. No one ever came. Same person said I’ll go look for someone for a second time. I waited for 5 or 10 minutes. No one came to help, I guess t

Good little hardware store they have alittle of everything. The staff is always nice and attentive. Prices are actually really good only issue is how far away it is sometimes. But if your close its worth the stop

Worst place called ahead to buy material and was told they would be open until 7 pm got there 15 minutes before closing time and it was locked the worker working on wood shipyard saw me and another customer that came from far away and just close the gate worst customer service don't know why have a closing time if they don't follow the time and want to get out early

Excellent staff and management. Staff member greeted us at the door asking if we needed to be directed to a specific area, they helped us all the time till we were ready to go by the cash register. The cashiers were very knowledgeable and asked if I had found everything I needed. I am VERY pleased by the overall experience

Worst customer service ! Arrived before closing and was refused service! Online it says they close at 6:30, okay fine, I arrived at 5:54 , simply to get screws, would’ve been in and out of the store within 1 minute. They told me the store was closed , I asked what time they closed , they told me “6:00PM” I showed them the time and it was 5:55 at that point now , they told me sorry closed , I asked

I call the location in Weslaco for a quote and no one that answers know anything about sizing or prices horrible customer service so I call the one in Edinburg and the lady wants to be mad because I asked her to give me a quote on the ones they do have in stock so I can compare prices and she’s so rude demanding I give her the exact one I want when I specifically told her I am only shopping around

Summer hours show 7pm yet they close at 6:45. People saw us walking and ran inside.
