Was scheduled for a consultation for carpet damage. Was told between 3-4pm. 4:30 rolls by and nobody from this business has contacted me. After calling them asking if I was scheduled, they told me they’d call back. After another 15 minutes they call to say they couldn’t make it.
It is a common courtesy to let people know if you can’t make an appointment.

I have used Lopez many times for carpet cleaning and housekeeping services. What made me decide to write this review, is that I most recently used their services to have carpet cleaned for the rental home we were moving out of after living there for 8 years. The carpet looked amazing. After 8 years with a 2 1/2 year old and a mom who wasted coffee in a couple of places, I was a little concerned
