avoid this and all Lone Star locations in the area, they dont care for delivery drivers, you could be waiting for half a day to unload. They load their trucks and costumers first while they keep coming in and out leaving delivery trucks till they feel like it,( Hey Lone Star!! We bring goods so you can sell to your costumers so treat us with respect and don't run our hours waiting to unload som

The wait here is insane to get unloaded.
Driver should be prioritized since we’re the ones bringing the product in.
5-6 hours to get empty. Forklifts drivers just riding around. Should be more thoughtful we also gotta make a living.

very bad service they think that the drivers have the whole day to wait for them to unload the loads but looking at the comments they all say the same thing I think they should fix that problem because the drivers bring their materials they should attend to us as quickly as possible no we are playing and that must be appreciated🤬🤬🤬🤬

Worst place in San Antonio for a Truck Driver to unload. Average 3 hours!! March 5, 2026. Still the worst place to unload!! They have the laziest forklift drivers around!! Avoid this place!!

A lot of work for one forklift operator. Management don't care about drivers or employees. Avoid to deliver here.
