It is insane to me how impersonal and unprofessional employees are at this place. The insane amount of money that my company spends at this place and I will never do my company the disservice of swiping their card at this location again.... What a miserable batch of human beings...

Service at the location was quick and courteous. They had the parts/tools I needed to get my A/C running again. I called and asked for a specific part, told them that I would be there to pick it up asap. When I arrived they had the part waiting at the desk. Only negative... the ice cream vending machine didn't have the item I wanted. :D

Person on the phone was helpful finding the part and when I got there everything was perfect. The right part at a great price. I have heat again! I *WILL* be back!

Go elsewhere!! They will hand you the wrong components even when you bring what you are trying to replace with you to get it matched up properly. This led to $1,400 out of my pocket over a mismatched component for my AC. 3 days vacation time, ran new wires, called 2 AC techs out, ordered and waited in the heat for other parts I didn’t actually need. I was treated worse by Jeff in the plumbing department than any shopping experience in my life. In a calm manner, I simply asked why they needed my phone number for a transaction. Jeff answered: that is the policy. If you don’t like it get out. I said: there is no reason to treat me that way. He answered: F*** you. Get the f*** out of my store.

This place deserves an will always get 5 stars from me. What u don't know, they do. If they don't have your part, it's like they always have an alternative route to get the job done. If every parts store had the worker's or the knowledge an advise Locke's does. This world would be closer to getting back on track. It's that serious

Big place. Sparse stock. Having what you need without ordering is hit and miss. HVAC counter had a very 'don't care' attitude. Brought me a part that was not workable and I easily found the one I needed on my own.

I purchased a home in Glenn Heights a year and a half ago. Sunday 6/26 my Bosch unit started blowing hot air. I called a technician out for diagnostic and he told me the Heat pump is under warranty and he is not a Bosch technician so I can not work on the unit. I was informed by the deceased previous care taker to call Locks in Desoto they could point me in the right direction. Monday 6/27 I speak
