Had an AC condenser fan go out on a Friday night. I am a capable DIYer and called Locke on Saturday morning. I was pleasantly surprised to find that not only did they have no problem selling to the general public but they gave me courteous, helpful, and honest service. Supply houses have a reputation for being bothered by DIYers but not here.

Randy at Locke has been a horrible excuse of an employee. We had a water heater that was under warranty and having issues. He kept giving us the run around after replacing all the warranty parts the unit would still not work. He would not honor the warranty to just replace the entire tank.
