The sales personnel were attentive, friendly, and helpful. They gave me options in the type and color of flooring that would coordinate with the adjoining room flooring sample that I brought with me. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I have only ever bought flooring from Lowes but wow what a huge difference. They have amazing customer service and pricing. I was able to get LVP flooring for less than 2 dollars a sqft. Clarissa helped me with the flooring process and was amazing the whole way through. Wonderful customer service and competitive pricing. Aaron has been more than helpful with my needs for my home project. So glad I stumbled on this place, beats shopping at the big stores where customer service is non-existent.

Nice experience with LL flooring. A very nice young man, very knowledgeable young man, gave us all the help we needed and then some. Did not try to oversell, no pressure; just very informative and very helpful would go there tomorrow if I needed something!

I called this place of business today and spoke with Jacob. I was asking about having someone come out and measure our space as we are looking to have about 1800-1900 sq feet of flooring. Jacob states that he is unable to send anyone out to measure as we are in a office setting. I then asked to speak to a Manager and then states that he is the Manager. If I could put zero stars that’s what I would have picked. Be very careful when dealing with the office in Tyler. They could care less. We ordered something specific and they took it upon theirselves to order something completely different without one phone call to us, and had us drive to Austin from Tyler to pick it up.
