Truck Drivers early appiontments accepted after approval from location . Yard not accessible from main road due to parked vehicles blocking entrance to loading ramp . Stopping traffic to ask to move employee vehicles is not acceptable . Road behind LL can accommodate at 53 foot trail but just enough room to turn tractor around in back LL. Fast unload . After ramp is set up .

Best flooring place around. I run a remodeling construction company and I am always treated with great respect here. Everyone is friendly and cordial.These guys help me immediately and handle any crazy situation instantly. They order me pieces, overnight pieces to my jobs, and even give me discounts when they can. The guys in the stores are always helpful and professional. They always have alot of sample products to view. We had our kitchen floor hallway and half bath with our laundry room . They did a good job . Love the new floor.

Would absolutely never recommend this flooring company to anyone. Went in June to order new floor that I needed done by August 1st. First off, the floor I picked first wouldn't arrive in about 4 weeks so I picked a second option that would ship in 1-2 weeks. 5 weeks later, after many phone calls that led to pointless excuses and typically ending with being rudely hung up on, the floor was finally

Very friendly and helpful service. It's nice when someone has all the knowledge for any questions you may have. They have beautiful laminate floor choices, some inexpensive and some expensive.

Nice folks, good selection of flooring, Consumer Reports had some of their porcelain tile highly rated. Accordingly, prices are from low to high. Just Be Aware their premixed grout is VERY expensive. My floor installer said it was 10 times more expensive than standard grout!

10/10 recommend LLFlooring in Sherman. Austin was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Store was nice definitely will be using them for all our flooring needs

I wouldn't let them floor my dog house. Spent $20000 or more on flooring so now we have a$5000,000 house with a five dollar floor. Installers wasted material stole materials and did a piss poor job repeated calls to the manager has done nothing he promises to call back nothing he promises to come inspect nothing. Repeated calls and emails nothing. I had never laid harwood flooring but installed it
