I called ahead of time about pricing because we just moved and are 2hours away. We had seen online and wanted to verify. When I arrived at the store I was informed the price is actually .24 cents higher per sq.ft. Well for that price I could have saved 4 hours of driving, fuel and cost. Not happy. And we lowered the amount and will go elsewhere for our future 3 projects including home.

We went in for a specific item and had a couple of questions. They were very helpful and didn't bully us into buying any extra stuff we didn't need. We priced other places and they were lowest by far! They had what we needed in stock too! Convenient and friendly 😊

The manager's name is Felix. He is knowledgeable about the products carried, happily answered the multitude of questions we had about types of flooring for our renovation, and carried samples to our car. He is a joy to work with. I will be using LL Flooring for future flooring needs and can heartily recommend them.

My wife and I went to the store not really knowing what we wanted. Our salesman by the Storm was very helpful. We were in the store for approximately two hours. He did not rush us nor did he seem bothered, while offering great suggestions. If you're looking for a great experience when choosing flooring we highly recommend him.

I wasn’t considering purchasing my floor from Lumber Liquidaters but stopped in on advise from a friend just to make a comparison. Storm was knowledgeable with all our questions and when we arrived to pick up our floor Mike was quick to load and very courteous! I would encourage anyone floor shopping to make this their first stop! They made a stressful decision a very pleasant experience!

Amazing service!!! The manager Storm and his staff Adriana and mike were professional and knowledgeable. All my questions were answered and I payed way less then I would of at lows and Home Depot. Not to mention I was educated on my purchase. The products are much better quality

I bought and ordered a butcher block cabinet top to be delivered ( which I paid for) to my house that was under construction. After about a month with no word from them, I called and was told it was there at the local store in their back storage. Apparently, they had been sitting on it for a few weeks.

I can not say enough good about the staff at Lumber Liquidators, Killeen. We were treated like family and they worked with us on pricing so we could get our floors redone. In a world full of contractors/businesses that only have their own best interest in mind, it was such a welcomed change dealing with Storm, the store manager, and Adrianna.
