My experience from searching for the right flooring, to purchasing and delivery could not have gone any better! Bailey was great to work with and made sure I got exactly what I wanted and all the supplies needed for installation as well as taking and care of every detail for delivery. Such professionalism. High quality flooring. Bailey,S.M., went above and beyond in assisting us from the time we started online to pick-up date. Other sales associates were more than helpful. Great communication. We live almost 2 hours away so to have this level of service was unexpected and very much appreciated. We will be coming back for our countertops. Customers for life!

Worked with Bailey, new Store Manager, on flooring for our new house. She was awesome worm work with and did a great job for us on pricing. She knew all the details of our account and was ready with samples for me when I went in. I’ll post after the install. Customer service is spot on!! 2nd time using LL for flooring and we are customers for life now! Best deals you can find!

Staff is so helpful and pleasant. Really appreciate the help choosing my flooring and being able to buy single boxes of several styles to take home and see in the real look. Returns are easy and get refunded immediately. I'm sure purchasing will be just as easy and smooth. They have delivery for a fee but I need the exercise so we'll pick up our order.

This store was absolutely amazing. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The entire experience was fun and easy. 100% would recommend to anyone. Shout out to Bailey for being awesome to work with on buying our floors for our new home 🙌🏼

Stop into this business looking for wood flooring and spoke with Ryan who was outstanding. I have laid several wood floors and he was honest, knowledgeable and told us exactly what he could do for us without some high pressure sales pitch. The stores selection was good and very well displayed. I would highly recommend stopping by here for a comparison before you close on your flooring deal.
