LL Flooring has done a great job from pricing the wood and delivery to final installation. The store manager Taylor (and Hagen left for another store) and staff patiently worked with us to get a reasonable deal by comparing 3 different options (Brazilian Cheery, Mahogany, or a combination). Matt and the team at LL were super helpful with our giant hardwood floor upgrade project. We updated our 3600+ sq foot home entirely with hardwoods. My grown daughter and I are redoing our upstairs floors. We know little about it. These guys from the first phone call to the last product placed in our vehicle were amazing! Kind, helpful, hard working, they happily loaded every box. Then they hunted and found a stair piece we needed also! Amazing service, cheaper than big box store per square foot and better, faster service! Highly recommend!!!!

Kind of a bummer. They seem nice and I really liked the flooring. I was definitely going to buy but then:
1) Ordered free samples online but never got a confirmation. I had to call to find out that the order didn’t actually go through for some weird reason about needing an associate to create an account? Why would it allow me to do that on the website if I needed that?

The customer service was great. Adolfo, the assistant manager helped me the whole time and was very helpful to answer all my questions. He kept in contact with me (the next day) and made sure I had received a call from the person who was supposed to be out taking measurements at my house. Everyone was super helpful both in store and on the phone. We were able to look at a few samples and pick the flooring we wanted. I really appreciate the great communication and follow up with the employees we talked to. The flooring looks amazing and we will absolutely be back for our next project.
