I purchased this item yesterday. I hesitated because of my previous experience. I went ahead and paid cash because i really loved this piece and could not find it anywhere else. The store as usual was amazing but once I received my item, it is scratched up in various locations. The first cabinet is off track and not aligned properly. Here we go again!

Excellent prices! I love that they offer a kids’ space so you can shop calmly and not feel rushed. Karen at the Kids Space was so nice, helpful, and informative — I absolutely loved her! Everyone was willing to help, and the environment just gives peace. I truly recommend Living Spaces! Btw I bought my first sofa!!!✨ Thank you for the experience.

Show room was INCREDIBLE! I absolutely loved their competitor Homezone and had been planning for years to buy form them after several trips but I just stopped by on a whim and was shocked. How can something perfect be 10 times better than?!?!? 3 times the selection with way more salespeople, way more upscale, and prices so reasonable you think you’re on a hidden camera show! Nice big parking lot. Walked in, then we looked around and into a sea of sameness. Beautiful big sectional sets, dining tables, sofas, bedroom sets, all of it neutral. We didn't see anything that was unpleasant, but we also didn't see anything with pizzazz. Then we noticed the sales tactics. I am going to have to agree with some other reviewers in that being followed around by a salesperson is not

On scheduled deliver date. While I drive to deliver address, I receive a call that the item was missing and they are searching the warehouse. Second day I called and the agent tell me she confirmed with warehouse team and they will call me in 24 hours. I visited Living Spaces knowing exactly what I wanted to purchase. I was greeted promptly at the front desk, which I appreciated.
Unfortunately, within moments of entering the store, I was overwhelmed by strong chemical odors throughout the building. The fumes quickly led to a headache and mild nausea, making the experience uncomfortable from the start.

Sergio was product knowledgable. My husband does research on all of our major purchases and the information Sergio gave us and questions he answered (for me), was husband approved. He wasn’t pushy and we were able to checkout several pieces of furniture within his reach if we needed him. This was our first shopping at Living Spaces and I’m sure it won’t be the last.

10/10 experience. Clean, well organized, nice ambiance. The staff are welcoming and attentive. Jeff greeted us at the door and provided information about the setup of the establishment. He was such a delight and created a warm invitation into the store. Debbie was also helpful. The staff doesn't work on commission and I think it creates a team-based work atmosphere. We just had our queen size platform bed delivered. I had someone sleeping because they worked overnight shift. Ramon and Alex made the delivery quick and quiet. They even were thoughtful enough to shut the door to the bedroom to not make extra noise. I love the new platform bed and really appreciate the wonderful delivery service.
