Couldn’t be happier with the Pulte Home experience. Ryan Peters in construction, Joey Flores with sales and Amara Miller on the mortgage side all knocked it out of the park. Quality work that came with great communication. Highly recommend this group in Lily Springs.

Do not believe when they say your earnest money is fully refundable. You can be denied for the home and they will still keep your earnest money. We started our home buying process with them and it has been the worst experience ever as well as builders “patching” parts of the house we were going to get that was messed up. Pulte is not trustworthy we were denied and they kept our money even after they said once we had a denial letter we could get it back and are extremely rude and unprofessional. Do not recommend at all overall worst experience ever and lost 4000 in process. We still had many complaints but that’s just a few
