I will start with I should have listened to the other reviews. My experience with Lillian started with he sales manger not returning emails or calls and had to use a real-estate agent to get a response. Should have ran then. Sales manager and construction manager always late or don't show at all for meetings. Design center made multiple mistakes on our choices. That is on us as well for not catchi
