Our home is 5 years old and the back door was completely rotten zero flashing around the door and zero flashing from the roof VERY POORLY built houses. Also the use of 3 tab shingle in a Twia area is a joke they cut corners every EVERYWHERE and the build quality shows for it DONT BUY FROM THEM

We’ve lived here for almost 1 year and the experience has been amazing. Everyone has been very helpful from beginning until now. Benny sold us the home and was very helpful even now. Kristy did our loan and the process was quick and painless. Ryan has handled all our warranty claims quickly and thoroughly. LGI will not not act on warranty claims. My fence went down due to LGI constructing the fence without concrete support for the fence posts. So, no surprise the fence went down after moving in. However, LGI will not fix my fence via a warranty claim because they do not have to follow “industry standards for construction since the HOA doesn’t mandate any use of concrete for fence posts”. Ben Delbosque has been such a blessing helping guide my husband and I find our dream home. He was so knowledgeable and available for us with any questions and concerns we had.
