Huge shoutout to LFD for teaching me a valuable life lesson: always triple-check what salespeople say and record everything. Bought a Speed Queen washer under false info, never got my dryer, and apparently my refund is going to a mystery debit card. Incredible service if you enjoy chaos.
If you want the wrong washer, no dryer, and a refund to a debit card you don’t have shop LFD.

Update: ordered a nice side table to use as a night stand. Was required to pay a deposit to order it and it was supposed to arrive in 2 to 3 weeks. It is now 35 days later and my table has still not arrived. Found the table online for 40% cheaper everywhere else with 3 to 5 day shipping. From d time I showed up to d store 2 select a washer they quickly confirm they did Not have the one they had advertised online at a much lower price as usual of coarse yet advertisement price should of been honored, but supposedly no such price range 4 starters.
The sales person was ok as greeted me upon arrival, but as I selected d least expensive washer I practically made d selection, & sale

Sandra the sales representative was awesome. Exceptional customer services skills. She was very professional, informative, friendly, efficient, and went out of her way to make sure we were satisfied customers. She should be commended for her efforts. She is truly a great asset to LFD. Thank you for the outstanding customer service. Delivery was timely and awesome as well.

Overall excellent experience. JR the sales associate was guite informed and friendly person. Prices are reasonable and in house financing is convenient with low monthly payments. Inventory is low but they will order the products that you desire. Will do future purchases of furniture there great understanding workers with great environment.

This furniture company is the worst. Does not care for their customers. Do not recommend! stay away. You’re better off with furniture row. Did not receive furniture as promised. Does not work with customers to make it right.

I was browsing because the place we had bought furniture made us wait 5 months and nothing. I came in and was greeted kindly when it was 20 min till closing and they still serviced me and I ended up buying 2 twin beds I had been wanting for months. Everyone was so kind and Juventino Reyes followed up with me and called when I could pick them up. Excellent customer service 10/10.
