I needed replacement drain covers and went to Leslie's Pool Supply in Plano - formerly 1 Stop Pool Supply.
Brandon, the store manager, was helpful and knowledgeable. He directed me to a universal drain cover that should solve my problem.
Cost was roughly the same as ordering online, with the huge upside that I can easily return or exchange the cover if it doesn't work.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE when I drive out of my way 30min to a store thats "open" only to realize that they have WASTED MY TIME!.
Seriously...update your hours. You open at 10a.

Been shopping for a new pool vacuum and found this place online. Some of the original pictures that I saw aren't accurate . Showed rows of different kind. Well even though the selection wasn't as great they still do seem to have more than most. The employee wasn't to knowledgeable on the products but that's ok as a customer doesn't hurt to do some of your own research was the only reason 4 stars .

1 Stop has been my go to store for about 12 years. Knowledgeable staff. Great product line. I stopped in a couple days ago and learned they are now Leslies and as you can imagine, my visit didnt go well. I picked up 6 bags of Leslies shock, just to see how well it worked, and a part for $8.99. My total bill was $84. Didnt think much of it as I know shock prices have sky rocketed. I got out to my

Since Leslie's took over this location, I really am a happy customer! The staff is very friendly and helpful. I find the products I'm looking for. I don't go to any other pool store now even if some products are a little less expensive elsewhere. .

I was pointed here about 6 years ago by another pool store who couldn’t get my part. I have been a fan ever since. I tell everyone who owns a pool to come here. The guys (and gals) who work here are very supportive and super knowledgeable. They save me money every time I go in. Enrique (Henry) was very helpful at the store on Spring Creek and Custer Plano 75023. Based on him alone, we will shop at Leslie’s. I came with friends with Pools who all agreed. He is very knowledgeable, friendly, does not try to over sell but consult with you and your options. He was the reason I purchased there.

They’re the best pool supply shop in Plano in my opinion. I’ve been shopping here for almost 10 years after over-paying at the national chain stores prior to discovering 1 Stop. Better prices and better selection.
