Where to begin? The entire process from start to finish was seamless and enjoyable. I bought a couch from this company and over all I am not satisfied. First of all finding a couch thru a catalog is not a good idea it never looks the same as it’s described. I was thinking I signed up for a 12 contract with Snap Finance and it turned out to be a 18 mo contract. Everything was done on line and no physical paperwork was provided. Be very careful what you sign up for as I feel deceiv

I don’t think I’ll ever shop for furniture anywhere else but Leslie’s Furniture. I’ve lived on this side of town for more than 20 years and finally decided to purchase furniture from Leslie’s. The owner was very kind, pleasant and extremely helpful. She went above and beyond to help me get approved for financing. I am so grateful because she made this process smooth and encouraging. She has a beautiful attitude and always willing to help you in anyway she can to get you what you need. The service was excellent and it’s a black-owned business! I thank the lady at the front desk who answered all my questions. I found the perfect dining table and book shelf with her help. I paid in full but they offer layaway plans and two options for financing. They delivered in a timely manner and the person who brought out the furniture was hardworking and honest.
