Amazing genuine service! The young man was highly knowledgeable about what I needed without any fluff. Such a refreshing thing to see real and genuine people and not a bunch of fake smiles and pretend ‘niceness’. Will definitely be back! And super impressed with his reminder for me to wear my mask! Keeping Victoria safe! 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

Will never go back. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve been to this store since I was a kid. I prefer to support small companies. More than 20 years I’ve been going there. Today the young man that works the front barked at me in a very disrespectful manor that I needed to wear a mask. COVID aside, this young man has no right to talk to anyone this way and I’m sad to say that won’t ever step foot

I spent about 5 minutes roaming before I could get some help. I wasn't greeted at the door. It is a shame when smaller businesses offer less customer service than big box. Recommend you change a few things True Value.

It's a really cool classic hardware store with a knowledgeable staff, and hard to find items. I found leather seals there, and probably the best price on nails and screws by the pound.

Got there right before it closed ! Nice as can be and had what I needed .. for sure !!! Skip Lowe's and Home Depot, and support Main Street business. I was in and out in ten minutes!

I have been to this store several times always happy with the store and the customer support except for today the young man who waited on us acted as if we were bothering him guess he had to put his phone down and actually do something.. Not an attitude you need in an employee if you want to keep customers.

Like small neighborhood hardware. Has most everything we need for small projects. Like that I can Buy # of nails and other small items rather than packages at big box stores. Also very convenient.
