I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Lennar and their lender Christopher. They told me I was getting a 3.99% rate, but what they didn’t tell me upfront was that they were charging me $15,000 for a rate buy-down — which completely defeats the purpose of the “deal.” That’s false advertising and misleading.

My experience with this builder from day one has been TRASH. Soon as they get your deposit, they go off the grid. They have you showing up for inspections on timelines they are not even near to meet, wasting your third party inspectors time- HALF of the things in the home didn’t work properly and my inspector couldn’t catch it because they were not ready NOT once but TWICE- and stated “ Ive seen w

RUN, DON'T WALK.
I read the reviews prior to contemplating on choosing Lennar as a potential homebuilder. The price, location, and home size was good so I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt because maybe my experience might be different. Boy did I make a mistake.

We've had great luck and have been in the home for about a month now. There have been a few things that went wrong but they repaired things very quickly. Our pipes didn't burst during the freezes. They were also very nice about letting us in before we closed to measure things and make sure all our things would fit where we wanted them.

We just bought a house and we already have problems. They don't take care of the flaws in the construction of a bathroom from the beginning and it is very inadvisable when it comes to solving problems that they have caused in your house. Be very careful with this because they don't do it well.

I purchased a home in Lennar Solterra with high expectations, but my experience with the warranty process has been extremely disappointing.
Since moving in, I have opened four separate warranty requests regarding my AC system, which was installed improperly. Despite multiple service visits, the issues have never been fully resolved and I continue to experience problems.
