Amazing area,two pools, and reasonable home prices. Lower property taxes than areas in San Antonio. Not to far from the San Marcos outlet malls. The builders respond really fast to any issues I come across with the house. I used an inspector from San Antonio before I bought the house. THIS BUILDER IS AN ABSOLUTE JOKE. From the Sales personnel, to the Contractors, to the Neighborhood Construction Foreman (Kevin), to the Area Construction Foreman (Cody Gainey), to their Customer Service representatives to their Warranty representatives and especially the CONSTRUCTION OF THE HOME. Have had nothing but problems with the Lennar build, from irrigation to sod, to grouting over drains, broken doors, doors that don't close, handles that come off of doors, to a garage door that won't open because the framing was blocking it from rising. This has been a nightmare, and it is a consistent fight to get it fixed.

The community is still under construction more homes are being built & the community plans are looking phenomenal & exciting! My children & I are super excited for the completion. I'm SO glad to have connected with Jarrett Nunn at Lennar. We couldn't have asked for a more ⭐stellar⭐ agent to help my children & I get us into a new home. He's provided us with outstanding service & kept me in the loop

I just enjoy the size of the home and the neighborhood. My neighbors are super friendly and helpful. My kids are grown but they would have enjoyed the amenities like the pool when they were younger.

After going through a new home build with my son I would NEVER build or buy a Lennar built home. They cut corners, lie straight to your face and have inexperienced project managers that have no clue what they're doing. Worst experience. Toured a couple house and tried to buy one. Had a verbal agreement with our sales associate and was waiting for the contract to be sent over.
